Draw:

  • <NetworkDrawer>
Drawing gene networks in multiple query genes.

    • This form has three functions as below.
    • The example is genes annotated as "UDP-glycosyltransferase activity".
    • Following files for network drawing is also available: tab-delimited text file, Pajek file (.net), Cytoscape file (.sif)
    • Maximam number of input genes is limited to 100 for network drawing on ATTED-II.
    • Delimitate loci with <RETURN> or <TAB>.
    • The coexpressed rank was calculated from 1388 GeneChip data.
    Functions
    (1) Drawing coexpressed gene network
    within query genes
    (2) Making coexpressed gene list
    from coexpressed query genes
    Provided as [Search > CoexSearch]
    (Since 2010.03.05)

  • <HCluster>
    Hierarchical clustering for query genes.

    • This form performs hierarchical clustering for query genes.
  • <CoexViewer>
    Coexpression viewer

    gene1:
    gene2:

    • This form returns the detail characteristics of a focused gene pair in addition to the normal correlation value.
      • Scatter plots and tables to analyze strongly contributed samples for the coexpression of focused gene pair.
      • Stability of the coexpression* of focued gene pair.
    • Input two AGI codes.
  • <GOPathDrawer>
